We also offer several short courses, our ten day I.T Empowerment course covers the basics of operating a personal computer, Microsoft word and using the internet & email. We also offer short courses with a focus on Effective Supervision, improving your skills in customer service via a Professional First Contact course or expanding your understanding of the 'Mind Your Own Business' accounting package via our MYOB course.

We are the first in our industry to offer training and information for Mum's transitioning to the workforce and have the facilities to have bub come along as well. Introducing our Staff

Donna Cox - Company CEO/Director and Trainer Assessor

Qualifications include Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104), completing a Diploma in Business (Front Line Management) and Certificate II in Information Technology.

Donna has been involved in computer training and Personal development training for the past 5 years and has worked in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector for the past 5 years assessing Australian School Based Apprentices and also full time Traineeships in Business and Information Technology. Donna is very passionate about sharing knowledge and skills to help staff develop in both small and large businesses. Donna has also been involved with Personal and Professional development for the past 7 years and would like to complete an NLP Master Practitioners course by 2010.

Mantra Training & Development are very customer focused and have qualified and skilled staff delivering training in our scope of registration. As the compliance manager for the the RTO Donna is focused on providing quality Vocational Education and Training material and courses delivered both in house and in the workplace.

Pat Byrne - Company Director and Project Management Consultant

Pat is a very experienced program and project manager with a strong academic background in the profession which includes post graduate project management qualifications.  He has a significant and   current consulting and business background with a particular strength in communicating complex concepts in simple and pithy ways including discussions, course training, presentations, blogs and papers. 

Pat's strengths are program management, project management, systems engineering management, Web 2.0 applications and concepts, training and management. Among other qualifications Pat has a Master of Technology Management, a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Managerial Economics), and a Diploma of Personnel and Resource Management.  Pat has been an economics tutor and systems engineering/project management guest lecturer at undergraduate and graduate level.  He is currently studying towards his Doctorate in Project Management (DPM) at the RMIT University.

Dale McCormac - Trainer Assessor

Qualifications include a Diploma in Business (Front Line Management), Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, Certificate IV in Business Administration and she has a strong training background in both IT and Business.

Dale has worked in the Northern Territory and costal New South Wales with a wide range of clients from across the business and private spectrum . Dale has a strong interest in the link between how people think and learn and has studied NLP techniques to enhance the presentation of the material she is delivering. Cody Manns - Trainee administrative assistant

Since completing high school Cody has been working in a pharmacy completing a traineeship however wanted to change her career to be more involved in the office type role and is now studying a Certificate III in Business Administration as a Trainee with Mantra Training & Development. cody.manns@mantratraining.com.au
