Qualifications include a Diploma in Business (Front Line Management), Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, Certificate IV in Business Administration and she has a strong training background in both IT and Business.

Dale has worked in the Northern Territory and costal New South Wales with a wide range of clients from across the business and private spectrum . Dale has a strong interest in the link between how people think and learn and has studied NLP techniques to enhance the presentation of the material she is delivering.
