1. Full On The Job Training allows learning to be customised to the organisation as well as the individual's needs and desired approach to learning. A Trainee you will spend an invaluable amount of time in the workplace developing new skills and knowledge throughout the duration of the Traineeship.Where training can not be achieved in the workplace Mantra Training & Development have the facilities to ensure training outcomes are met.
2. Flexible Delivery A flexible delivery program will be negotiated between the Employer, Trainee and the RTO, ensuring the best possible outcomes are achieved. Competency based training ensures greater flexibility and allows individuals to be self paced.
Mantra Training & Development learning facilitators get to know your organisation as well as the Individuals learning styles and any special needs that may need to be addressed. This ensures positive experiences in learning and development of skills as well as greater employ-ability skills and completion rates.
3. Structured Training Plan will be established in consultation with the Employer and Trainee's needs, whilst liaising with assessors who have the knowledge and experience in the industry and meeting training package requirements.
Ensuring the training plan is suitable for each person. At Mantra Training & Development we know one size doesn't fit all.
4. Nationally Recognised Certificates issued at the end of the training period, providing greater opportunities and employ-ability skills for the future.
Assessments are carried out regularly ensuring progress is monitored and suitable outcomes are achieved for all parties involved. This is done in a realistic time frame that was negotiated to suit.
5. Qualified Trainers and Assessors that understand the needs of individuals and are able to provide Mentoring and support. Accredited and highly developed in their field, they understand the importance of flexibilty.
They are also trained to establish your specific requirements and the Trainees learning strategies enabling the training to be learner focused.
